Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2014 (Variation No. 7) Order 2016

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is as follow:

Revoke Limited Waiting 1 Hour Mon-Sat 9am-6pm No Return within 1 Hour to replace with Limited Waiting 30 Minutes Mon-Sat 9am-8pm No Return within 1 Hour

Whitworth Road South Side outside property no. 275 Whitworth Road (Post Office)

A copy of the draft Order, plans showing the extent of the restrictions and reasons for making the Orders may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon for 21 days from 26 February 2016 and online at www.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation

Objections or representations to the proposed Order should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (ZA/ VO 7/Whitworth Rd) by no later than 29 March 2016.
