Waiting and Loading - Draycot Road, Swindon

Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation Order)2011 (Variation No. 3) Order 2012

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make an Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be for the: -

Introduction of No Waiting at Any Time

Draycot Road - West Side

(i) from the roundabout at the northern end of Draycot Road to the boundary wall on the north side of no.4

(ii) from a point approximately 82 metres from the roundabout at the northern end of Draycot Road for a distance of 5.8 metres in a southerly direction

(iii) from the junction with Norris Close for a distance of 15 metres in a northerly direction

Draycot Road - East Side
from the roundabout at the northern end of Draycot Road to a point approximately 23.0 metres south of John Alder Close

Introduction of No Waiting Monday – Friday – 8am-6pm

Draycot Road - West Side
from the boundary wall on the north side of no.4 for a distance of approx. 41 metres in a southerly direction

Introduction of Bus Clearway

Draycot Road - West Side
from a point approx. 88 metres from the roundabout at the northern end of Draycot Close for a distance of 12 metres in a southerly direction

Draycot Road - East Side
from a point 23 metres south of John Alder Close for a distance of 12 metres in a southerly direction

A copy of the draft order, relevant plans and Statement of Reasons for the proposal may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, and online at www.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation

Objections or representations to the proposed Order should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (LM/tro/Draycot Road) by no later than March 5th 2012.
