Notice is hereby given that Swindon Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, proposes to upgrade an existing pelican crossing to a puffin crossing at: Dorcan Way Approximately 108 metres in a South-easterly direction from the junction of Snodshill Roundabout.

The crossing replaces the existing pedestrian refuge which connects the footway between Bevisland and Okebourne Park.

A copy of this public notice and plan may be inspected at the One-Stop-Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during normal office hours and online at www.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation

Any person wishing to comment on the proposal outlined above should do so in writing to the undersigned quoting reference (ZA/Dorcan/Puffin) by no later than 19 March 2012.
