Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that on the 30 May 2012 Swindon Borough Council and Wiltshire Council, made an Order under the relevant sections of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be: To restrict heavy commercial vehicle in excess of 18 tonnes maximum gross weight to proceed along the following lengths of roads:

C47 Tadpole Lane From its junction with Road B4553 Cross Lanes Farm to its junction with Road B4534 Lady Lane.

B4534 Lady Lane From its junction with Road C47 Tadpole Lane to its junction with Salzgitter Drive.

The Order will be operative as of 1 June 2012 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon and Cricklade Library, 113 High Street, Cricklade, Wiltshire during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 30 May 2012 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
