Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2011 (Variation No.4) and (Variation No. 5) Orders 2012

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make the above Orders under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be:

Variation Order No 4 – Variation of ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ restriction

The entire length of the un-named access and exit road for Chapel Street Car Park which is approx 85 metres. Variation Order No 5 – Introduction of ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ restriction Copies of the draft orders, relevant plans and reasons for the proposals may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon from 1 to 21 June and online at www.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation.

Objections or representations to the proposed Orders should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (ZA/TRO/VO4 Chapel or ZA/TRO/VO5 Priors Hill) by no later than 21 June 2012.
