Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2011
(Variation No.4), (Variation No. 5) (Variation No. 6) Orders 2012

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that on the 1st August 2012 Swindon Borough Council made the above Orders under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be for the introduction of ‘no waiting of any time’ as follow

Priors Hill Both Sides For a distance of 10 metres north and 10 metres south of the access junction to Properties No’s 68, 66 & 66A Priors Hill.

Chapel St Car Park Both Sides The entire length of the un-named access and exit road which is approx 85 metres.

Bramble Road Both Sides on the east section from the existing restriction to the end of the road.

The Orders will be operative as of 8 August 2012. A copy of the Orders,and plans may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon from 3 August until the 12 September 2012.

If you wish to question the validity of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, you may, within 6 weeks from 1 August 2012 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
