Notice is hereby given:  that on the 19 September 2012 Swindon Borough Council made the above Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to provide:-Prohibition of driving (excluding buses) on the following length of road to be bus gate:

Torun Way (South) - From the junction Casterbridge Road to the junction of White Eagle Road for a distance of approx 97 metres.

The Order will be operative as of 24 September 2012 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours from 20 September to 31 October 2012.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 19 September 2012 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
