Notice is hereby given that Swindon Borough Council made Orders on 19th September 2012 under Section 14 and 15 of the Road Traffic Act for the closure of Ermin Street for approximately 50 metres either side of the railway bridge adjacent to the A419/A420 roundabout and for the weight restrictions along Ermin Street to be suspended for the duration of the works.

Access will be maintained for pedestrians except for the early hours of Sunday 11^th November and Sunday 18^th November between 1.00am and 8.00am

Alternative routes are via Oxford Road, Greenbridge Roundabout, Swindon Road and Grange Drive and vice-versa.

These Orders are for contractors to remove a footbridge.

This Order will come into operation on 9^th November 2012 for 12 months although it is anticipated work will be completed by 26^th November 2012.
