M4 Junction 14 to 15: Emergency crossing point determination by the Secretary of State for Transport under Section 105a(3) of the Highways Act 1980

 The secretary of state for trans­port hereby gives notice that he has determined that his proposal to install an emergency crossing point on the M4 between Junction 14 and 15 is a relevant project within the meaning of section 105A(1) of the Highways Act 1980 and is not subject to environmental impact assess­ment in accordance with RirtVA of the Highways Act 1980 implementing Directive 85/337/EEC as amended by Directive 97/11/EC.

Any comments about this notice should be sent, as soon as possi­ble and not later than 6 weeks from the date of this notice to Highways Agency, Federated House, London Road, Dorking, Surrey, RH41SZ.
