NOTICE IS GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make an Order under the provisions of the Road

Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be for the prohibition of a U-turn from the Princes Street southbound carriageway into the Princes Street northbound Carriageway at the traffic light controlled junction with Gordon Street.

The affect of the Order is to prohibit this behaviour which poses a safety risk to other drivers negotiating this junction.

A copy of the relevant documents for the Order may be inspected at Customer Services, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during normal office hours or online www.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation for 21 days from the date of this notice.

Objections to the proposed Order stating and the grounds of the objection should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (za/princes st/u-turn) by no later than 8 November 2012.
