20 MPH Speed Limit Zone - Angel Ridge, Swindon
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council intend to make the above Order under Section 84 (1)and (2) of the Road and Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect is to implement a 20 mph speed limit zone which incorporates the entire lengths of Portland Avenue, Curie Avenue, Pasteur Drive, Seacole Crescent, Withering Road and Bacon Close.
A copy of the draft order, relevant plan and reasons for the proposals may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon and online atwww.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation. for 21 days from the date of this notice.
Objections or representations to the proposed Order should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (za/20mph/angel ridge) by no later than 8 November 2012.
