THE audience will be taken back in time when The Country Superstars Experience comes to the Wyvern Theatre.

Hosted by Europe’s number one Dolly Parton tribute act, Sarah Jayne, accompanied by award winning vocal impersonator Andy Crust, the show includes tribute performances to Patsy Cline, Billie Jo Spears, Kenny Rogers, Willie Nelson and John Denver.

The show will be at the Wyvern on September 10. Sarah Jayne, who has been performing as Dolly Parton for 22 years, said: “It’s a trip down memory lane. We take you back to the days where you might have seen the likes of John Denver, Kenny Rogers and Patsy Cline.

“We’re not just singing the songs. We look like them, sound like them and have their mannerisms too. A lot of people I have spoken to after the show say ‘oh my goodness, it really took me back’.”

Kenny Rogers said on his website that Sarah Jayne and Andy’s tribute to Kenny and Dolly is Europe’s leading tribute act. Sarah Jayne added: “Our show is unique.
