Special Thanks to Patricia, Tanya and Denzel. To all work colleagues of Jimmy, Trevor and David. All neighbours, friends and family. Everyone who sent cards, flowers and messages. All who called at the house. Everyone who attended the Service and Celebration of Jimmy's life. Special thanks to Magda and staff at the Tap & Barrel for catering. Anyone who gave donations to the British Heart Foundation and to anyone else who helped in any way or was there with a caring word.
