LANE David Richard of Swindon, Wiltshire Passed away peacefully at Orchid Care Home on the 11th April 2020 after a short period of illness, aged 89 years. He is survived by his children Richard, Susan, Peter and Christopher. He was a proud family man, committed Christian, churchman and railway man. Despite his dementia he passed with the knowledge of being surrounded by the love of his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Now at rest, may he rise in glory. The funeral service will be for immediate family only. It is hoped that a Thanksgiving Service can be arranged when the current restrictions are lifted.
