ROWLAND David of David Charles Hairdressing Passed away peacefully at home on 18th May 2020, aged 76 years. Loving Husband to Jayne, adored Uncle and Great Uncle. He will be sadly missed, but remembered with affection by all his family and friends as a true gentleman. Dear Jayne, I was so dreadfully sorry to read of David’s passing. I was a client of his at ‘David Charles’ for about 40 years until he retired. He was such a lovely man, always so caring and attentive - a true gentleman. Rest in peace David.
