BOB PACKER Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on 9th December 2020, aged 76. Bob was the dearly loved husband to Angie, an irreplaceable father to Trudie, Nigel and Stephen, grandfather to Chester, Elliot, Shannon, Caitlin, Amy, Molly and Bodhi and great grandfather to Bobby. He was a well-known, well-respected and popular figure in the Swindon Community. A good friend to many, he will be very sadly missed. Due to prevailing circumstances, a family only service will be held at 1.30 pm on January 8th 2021, which will be made available on a live stream. The family hope to hold a more appropriate celebration of his life as soon as circumstances permit. Donations in his name (and messages) can be left at https://robertpacker.muchloved.com

So sorry to hear of Bobs passing! He was a lovely man with a good sense of humour. I’ve known Bob since our apprenticeship days in Plessey’s in the early 1960’s. My condolences to Angela and all his family. ‘Say not in grief that he Bob is no more, but in thankfulness that he was!’
