BOWEN Simon Aged 51 Passed away on 12th July, at Churchill Hospital, Oxford after a long and difficult illness He will forever be remembered by his Parents, Sister, Brother, Nieces, Nephews and their Friends We all also remember the good times The Funeral Service is at North Wiltshire Crematorium on Wednesday 4th August at 1 pm Family flowers only please, however donations would be appreciated to the Churchill Hospital Renal Unit c/o Blackwells Funeral Directors, 38 Cheney Manor Road, Swindon SN2 2NS
