SMART Jeffrey Passed away on the 27th August 2022, Aged 73. Loving and much loved husband of Pat. Loving pop to Gary and Lisa. Adoring gramp to Millie, Carly and Harvey. Funeral will take place at North Wiltshire Crematorium on the 23rd September at 12pm. Please dress casual, no ties. Family flowers only, donations to be made to Cancer ResearchTributes
