TOOLEN Hazel Julia Denise Passed away peacefully at Prospect Hospice on 2nd August 2023, aged 75 years. Dearly beloved Wife of Jim, Mum of Andi and Rob, Nanna of Jack and Alex. She will be missed by all who knew her. Funeral service to be held at Kingsdown Crematorium on Friday 25th August 2023 at 12.45pm.
