VANDERVELDE Perida Perry sadly died on 30th June 2024, aged 81. Widow of Martin who died in April 2023, loving mother of Philip, Clive and Shari, and loving grandmother of Chloe, Joshua, Poppy and Naya. Funeral at Kingsdown Crematorium on Tuesday 6th August at 2.15pm, followed by a wake at the Kingsdown Pub. I met Perry in the Maternity wing of the hospital. We had our children on the same day, 15th November, 1978.
Afterwards we became good friends.

I often stood next to Perry at Line Dancing on Thursday mornings. She was a lovely gentle soul and we enjoyed the chat and the dancing.
