HAMLIN Lewis Passed away peacefully at the Great Western Hospital on May 28, 2011 aged 93 years. The dearly loved husband of the late Amy, loving father to Enid (deceased) and David (SAM). Funeral Service on Thursday June 9 at Kingsdown Crematorium at 2.15pm. Donations in lieu of flowers for the NOC Appeal at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre Oxford may be sent c/o G & L Evans Family Funeral Services, 8 Marlborough Street, Faringdon, Oxon, SN7 7JP.
