HAZELL Alan Passed away unexpectedly but peacefully at the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford after a long illness bravely borne on October 22, 2011 aged 66 years. The husband of Sue, father of Ian, David and Robert and granddad of Daisy, Molly, Emily and Georgia. Funeral Service on Monday October 31 at All Saints Church, Faringdon at 11.00am.
