A MAN who allowed his Penhill home to be used as a base for a teenage drug dealer has been warned he could be facing jail.
Nuno Luis, 43, admitted allowing the property to be used by the 17-year-old from Harrow, in north London, for peddling hard drugs.
The two men pleaded guilty to possessing heroin and crack cocaine with intent to supply when they appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
Luis, of Wilton Walk, also admitted being in possession of the two drugs for his own use when the pair were arrested on Tuesday November 29, 2012.
Hannah Squire, prosecuting, said: "Mr Luis' address was effectively being used by the youth as a base to deal drugs in and round Swindon."
Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to Thursday January 23 to allow the probation service time to compile pre-sentence reports.
He warned them: "The fact that you are being granted bail shouldn't be taken as any indication of the final outcome."
