ALL UK regions saw annual price rises for homes in 2013, according to the Nationwide Building Society, with the average price of a UK home now at £174,444.
The annual percentage price went up just over seven per cent, which included a 2.7 per cent increase in the last quarter, said the Society which employs more than 4,400 people in Swindon.
London neared 15 per cent in the last quarter.
