AS I watched Ash cooking my wrap in the kitchen, I could see how much passion he has for his creations.

My mouth was watering as I watched him crack the eggs into the pan, ready for my spinach, egg and mozzarella wrap.

Ash talked about the benefits of what I was about to eat as he stirred the eggs into the spinach, and once it was ready he placed it into the wrap.

It then went into the toaster, and after a few minutes it was ready.

The outside of the wrap had a lovely crisp texture while the inside was moist and delicious.

It had a great fresh flavour, and even though it was only about 11am and not long after my breakfast, it was so good that I ate the lot. To my surprise, I wasn’t hungry again until I got home that evening.

At just £5 for the whole wrap, it was certainly a healthy lunch choice that I will be sure to return for. – EMMA DUNN
