Car wash aids dementia care
ROYAL WOOTTON BASSETT: Staff at TSB in the town raised hundreds of pounds for the Alzheimer’s Society at a car wash.
On August 2, staff raised more than £400 for the Live Well campaign.
About 18 staff from Royal Wootton Bassett, Swindon, Chippenham, Keynsham and Bath took part in the event at the TH White Land Rover dealer.
Samantha Drummond, Customer Service Assistant at TSB in Chippenham, said: “Our team have all worked hard, putting in a lot of time and dedication by creating advertisements in branches and talking to customers about the event, which helped make the day a success. We have enjoyed our charity car wash.”
