Bail for accused
SWINDON: A man who is accused of molesting five different females over a six-year period has been released on bail by a judge.
David Burgess faces seven counts of sexual assault which are said to have taken place between 2007 and 2013.
No charges were formally put to the 29-year-old, of Pinehurst Road, and he did not enter any pleas during the brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court. Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to October 24 and released him on bail until then.
