THE A4361 through Wroughton has been closed by Wiltshire Police this afternoon after a two-vehicle road traffic collision involving a lorry and 4x4.
There are no major injuries to report, but South West Ambulance Service has been called to the scene, with the 4x4 upside down in a roadside ditch.
Police were called at 3.20pm to the collision, which took place at the top of the hill on the descent into the Wiltshire village.
The lorry involved is a seven-and-a-half tonne truck, which is stuck in the road and forcing the closure.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area until 5pm at the earliest, when police hope to have the road open again.
