A GROUP which scrutinises Swindon Council’s housing service is looking for new volunteers.

The Tenant Scrutiny Panel is made up of council tenants and provides an independent view of the council’s housing service and its performance.

The panel highlights areas of good practice within the housing service and identifies areas for improvement.

It also conducts reviews of areas within housing and reports back to council officers with recommendations for action.

Tenants who are interesting in joining the Tenant Scrutiny Panel should contact 01793 463320 or 01793 464286. There is no deadline for applications.
