SWINDON: A man who is accused of assaulting a passenger on a train at Swindon railway station has been released on bail by a judge.
James Sutton is accused of actual bodily harm in relation to the alleged incident, on a service from Bristol, on October 29 last year. No charge was formally put to the 41-year-old, of Bristol, and he did not enter a plea during the brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court. The case was adjourned to November 28.
