Rape charge goes to trial
SWINDON: Daniel Fraser will appear at Swindon Crown Court later this month charged with offences of rape, dating from April of this year.
Fraser, 22, of Dixon Street, was transferred from Swindon magistrates court on Wednesday for the two indictable-only offences. He denied the allegations.
He stands accused of two counts of rape by penetration committed on consecutive days on 26 and 27 April.
He was released on conditional bail to return to Swindon Crown Court on 26 September.
