A man who is accused of running cyclists off the road with his car is to face trial.
Dean Goble, 39, pleaded not guilty to three charges of dangerous driving when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
Goble is said to have been behind the wheel of his V-reg Peugeot 206 diesel turbo when it was allegedly involved in the incidents in the spring.
The first count relates to a charge of it being driven dangerously on Ashton Road in Ashton Keynes on Wednesday, April 30.
A week later, on Wednesday, May 7, a similar incident is said to have taken place on an unclassified road between Ewen and Cirencester.
The final charge relates to his alleged driving on High Road, Ashton Keynes, on Thursday, May 8.
Goble, of Parkway, Siddington, Cirencester, denied all of the charges and Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case to Friday, February 6, and released him on bail.
