James Phipps says of this event: “We are delighted to host this awareness and learning session because we realise the essential role mental health plays in developing a successful business environment. Businesses can no longer ignore the impact of mental wellness on productivity and profitability – an engaged and healthy workforce is a key factor. We are particularly delighted to welcome the popular Swindon Mindful Employer Network to Excalibur at Arclite House. The network has gone from strength to strength since it formed in 2008 and we are keen to associate ourselves with this important activity.”

It demonstrates that mental health at work has shot up the agenda for businesses from a variety of sectors.
