POLICE have charged a 52-year-old man following the death of a man in Swindon.
Kim Dohoon, 36, of Slough, died on Saturday, June 13, 2015 in Exmouth Street, Kingshill.
Kevin Lewis Adams, 52, of Exmouth Street, has been charged with manslaughter by gross negligence.
He has been released on bail and is due to appear at Swindon Magistrates' Court at 9.30am on June 29.
Police were called at around 2.30am on June 13 by the ambulance service following the death of Mr Dohoon.
A special post-mortem examination took place and toxicology reports were requested.
Police remained at the property for much of the weekend before the cordon at the residential property was lifted during Sunday evening.
