A SWINDON motorist who pleaded guilty on Wednesday to his second offence of driving whilst disqualified has been banned for a further 12 months and fined £250.
Daniel Mark Cheesley, 28, of Holliday Close, Abbey Meads, also pleaded guilty to a charge of driving without third party insurance on Holbein Court, Grange Park, just after midnight on December 31 last year.
Magistrates in Swindon made no separate penalty for the no insurance charge but ordered Cheesley to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £30.
