A MAN has appeared in court charged with attempted murder.
It follows a stabbing in Swindon town centre on Sunday evening.
Wearing a grey tracksuit, Kelmoy Brown, 24, of no fixed address, spoke only to confirm his name, age, address and nationality.
Magistrates remanded Brown in custody to appear before Bristol Crown Court for a plea hearing at a date yet to be fixed.
Brown's alleged victim, a man in his 30s, remains in a critical condition in hospital.
