SLEEP specialists will share their top tips at Great Western Hospital today.
To mark Sleep Apnoea Support and Awareness day today the team at GWH's Sleep Service will be sharing their best ways on getting a good night's rest.
Sleep apnoea, which affects men more than women, creates breathing difficulties during the night as a person's airwaves become narrower than normal.
A person's risk of developing sleep apnoea increases if they are overweight, a smoker, a heavy drinker or have a large neck.
Attendees can drop-in anytime at the event between 10am and 3pm.
There will be trade stands, educational talks, cake stalls, refreshments, and a raffle.
It will be in the academy part of the hospital. Entry is £2.
All proceeds will go towards diagnostic equipment.
