A TEEN girl was racially abused then punched in the face by a bald thug near Asda.
The 15-year-old was said to have been left bruised and very shaken by the attack.
Police have appealed for anyone who saw the incident on an alleyway by The Chesters, near the west Swindon Asda, on Saturday, June 22, to come forward.
Officers said the girl was approached by an unknown man at some time between 9.30am and 10.30am.
The man, described as white, aged 40 to 55, bald and heavily built, started verbally abusing the girl before punching her in the face. He was wearing a blue polo shirt, blue jeans and black shoes. He may have had a tattoo on his forearm.
A Wiltshire Police spokeswoman said: "During the assault she fell to the floor and sustained bruising to her ribs and back. She was left very shaken up by the incident."
