The Thomas Cook store in Swindon town centre has not opened this morning.
Phones could be heard ringing inside but there was no one there to answer them.
Located on Regent Street, the shop remained closed with all the lights off. There was no notice on the door.

The second store in Swindon, located at Shaw, has also been listed as permanently closed.
This comes after Thomas Cook announced today that it had collpased after failing to acquire the £200 million it needed to remain in business.
With the town centre store shut, it is not yet known how many jobs have been lost in Swindon.
It is estimated that the 9,000 jobs in the UK have been put at risk from the collapse.
