A NEW film which says the NHS is under threat from privatisation – especially after Brexit – is coming to Swindon.
Under The Knife is a feature-length documentary directed by Emmy award winner Susan Steinberg.
It is touring the country to more than 50 venues nationwide and will be shown at Swindon Arts Centre this month.
Tickets are free as campaign group Keep Our NHS Public and trade union Unison are meeting the costs of its showing.
After the screening Samantha Wathen, the co-founder of the Swindon branch of the pressure group, and its national press officer will take part in a question and answer session, along with Labour candidate for South Swindon, Sarah Church.
The film starts at 7.30pm on Tuesday October 15 at Swindon Arts Centre on Devizes Road.
Book tickets on swindontheatres.co.uk or call 01793 524 481.
