A windfall of £60,000 has been delivered to one lucky household in Royal Wootton Bassett.
One of the recent winners of the People's Postcode Lottery lives in Flaxlands Lane in the town and was playing with two tickets.
Had anybody else been playing in the same postcode area, then the prize would have been split and both would have netted £30,000.
The winner asked to remain anonymous.
Back in May, million of pounds was shared out among households in Swindon last week.
There were 597 winning players in Toothill, Freshbrook and Rushey Platt, who shared the £3m Monthly Millions prize pot, the majority going to three winning households on Wallingford Close who each took home £353,547.
The more players in a household – who can each buy up to three tickets in the prize draws – the more money is won.
Postcode Lottery ambassador Danyl Johnson said: “It’s always exciting hearing about our winners. I personally can’t think of a better way to kick-start the weekend than winning £60,000 so hope they have fun celebrating and find something special to spend the prize money on.”
Out of all the tickets bought by players, 32 per cent of the sales go directly to different charities and so far £486 million has been raised.
For this draw £2.1 million was raised and the funding went towards Girlguiding.
The charity works with more than 500,000 girls and young women to provide a space to have fun, gain valuable life skills and make a positive difference to local communities.
