THE M4 westbound has re-opened following a crash that killed one person and left another seriously injured earlier today.
The accident involving four vehicles happened at 1.30am between Junctions 17 and 18.
Though all lanes are now open again, motorists should expect heavy traffic and long delays on the approach to Junction 17.
