Swindon-based Honda has been helping the Great Western Hospital by producing thousands of PPE and other items.
The car manufacture donated more than 50,000 items to the Swindon hospital.
These items included PPE, such as gowns, masks and gloves, as well as anti-bacterial hand sanitiser.
The company has also been designing and 3D printing full-face shields and adjustable head bands for surgical masks.
Jason Smith, director at Honda of the UK Manufacturing, said: "Honda of the UK Manufacturing is proud to be supporting our local NHS trust during the coronavirus pandemic.
"These are unprecedented times and we are keen to help where we can, by providing essential items to frontline staff in our local communities."
GWH has said that a number of companies have donated items and it will be thanking them individually.
