999 crews are at the scene of a serious crash in Fairford.
The A417 has been shut in both directions between Fairford and Lechlade following the crash between a motorcycle and van at 7.55pm on Saturday.
The road is expected to remain shut until the early hours, Gloucestershire Constabulary said.
Police remain at the scene.
