A WILTSHIRE man who was fined almost £180 last November for breaching covid rules was back in court for flouting the regulations.
Paul Gladding, 49, was said by police to have been in The Maltings, Salisbury, last May with a number of others who were not part of his household, Swindon magistrates heard on Monday.
They were cautioned and told they’d be reported for breaching the coronavirus regulations.
Magistrates were told that he was fined £179 last November for three breaches of the coronavirus regulations.
Gladding, of Rollestone Street, Salisbury, was not present at Swindon Magistrates’ Court on Monday. The charge was proved in his absence and he was fined £300 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge.
