TWO men shouted racist abuse at a woman in Eldene in the early hours and one threw a plastic recycling bag at her.
One of the men is described as white, aged between 17 and 20 and was wearing a black, hooded jumper, grey joggers and a man bag, while the second was described as white with brown, curly hair.
Police responded to a 999 call from Stubsmead shortly after midnight on Tuesday morning.
They are appealing for information about the racially aggravated public order offence.
PC Adam Mitchell said: “This type of behaviour and the language used towards the victim is not acceptable and will not be tolerated.
“We ask that anyone who may have witnessed the incident or know the two men in question to contact us.
“Similarly, if you have CCTV cameras from that area that may have caught something at the time of this incident or the two men approaching or leaving the scene, we’d like to hear from you.”
Anyone with any information that could assist officers with their investigations is asked to call 101.
