THE owner of a property search services company is up for a national accolade.
Linda Mannion runs the X-Press Legal Services in Wiltshire, Swindon and South Gloucestershire, and has been shortlisted for the Collaborator Champion award.
The British Conveyancing Awards, in their first year, look to celebrate the best in their sector.
Linda said: “I am thrilled that my team and I have been shortlisted for the award. We reached out to the local land charges department during the pandemic, as we knew we could help. By working collaboratively we not only helped our own clients, but we helped the property sector in the South West remain active during a difficult time, keeping many people’s property transactions moving.
“Throughout a really busy time, my team have really stepped up to meet the demand, and it was even better that we were able to collaborate to help further. I’m proud of what we have achieved.”
The virtual ceremony will be held on May 25.
