A BUS driver shortage caused by Brexit and the pandemic is disrupting services in the west country.

Stagecoach West issued a warning to passengers and said the company is working hard to resolve the issue.

The travel operator said it has been unable to run some services in the past few weeks as they experienced a shortage of drivers.

In a statement, Stagecoach said: “Please be assured that we are working hard to resolve this as quickly as possible.

“Stay connected by visiting our Twitter page and downloading the Stagecoach bus App, where live service information will be available throughout the day.”
