GORSE HILL: Richard Barrett of Edinburgh Street was found not guilty of public indecency.
The 61-year-old was accused of exposing his genitals in public in Swindon on June 24 2020 but Swindon Magistrates Court found him innocent of these charges.
The case was then dismissed.
NYTHE: Zack Mabberley of Ashmore Close received a £369 fine and lost his driving licence for 12 months after pleading guilty to drink driving.
The 33-year-old had 91 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of his breath when breathalysed after driving a Ford Transit van down Keyneston Road on May 3.
He must pay £85 in court costs plus £37 to victim services.
OAKHURST: Keith O'Neil of Ulysses Road received a £140 fine and lost his driving licence for 36 months after pleading guilty to failing to provide blood. The 44-year-old was suspected of having driven a vehicle and was required to provide a sample for testing as part of a police investigation but failed without reasonable excuse to do so.
He must pay £85 in court costs and £34 to victim services.
HIGHWORTH: Nicholas Burr of Sevenfields received a £346 fine and lost his driving licence for 12 months after pleading guilty to drug driving.
The 22-year-old had 2.5mgs of tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood while driving a Volkswagen Polo on Sevenfields on November 14 2020.
He must pay £85 in court costs plus £35 to victim services.
SWINDON: Peter Lusty of no fixed abode received a £40 fine after pleading guilty to assault. The 34-year-old beat a woman on September 8 2020. He must pay £40 to victim services.
HIGHWORTH: Christopher McNeil of Edencroft received a £300 fine after pleading guilty to assaulting an emergency worker.
The 40-year-old hit a police constable on May 4. He must pay £85 in court costs plus £34 to victim services.
SWINDON: Andrew Scott of no fixed abode received an £80 fine for drugs possession and must pay compensation after damaging police property.
The 25-year-old had cannabis on him while in Swindon on May 2 and caused £134.40 in damage to a mattress belonging to Wiltshire Police.
He must pay the value of the damaged mattress back to the force and must pay £85 in court costs plus £34 to victim services.
SWINDON: Shane Lacey of Maes Y Deri in Aberdare received a £120 fine and lost his driving licence for 12 months after pleading guilty to drug driving in Swindon.
The 33-year-old drove along Wood Street on November 30 2020 while having 6.1 micrograms of cannabis in his blood. He must pay £85 in costs and £34 to victim services.
MOREDON: Besaid Manhaj of Walkinshaw Road received a £133 fine after pleading guilty to failing to stop after an accident.
The 30-year-old dr9ve a Ford Transit Van which was involved in an accident which damaged a Renault Clio, a Land Rover Discovery and a Ford S Max on Albion Street.
He left the scene and did not report the accident to police within 24 hours of the accident happening. He must pay £85 in costs plus £32 to victim services and received six points on his driving licence.
OLD TOWN: Damien Ham of Croft Road received a £93 fine after pleading guilty to sending threatening messages. The 37-year-old sent them on February 2. He must pay £85 in costs plus £34 to victim services.
LAWN: Qudeer Muzzamal of Windsor Road received a £120 fine and lost his driving licence for 18 months after pleading guilty to drug driving.
The 53-year-old had 4.7mgs of tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood while driving an Audi A3 on Queens Drive on November 20 2020.
Separately, he received another £120 fine for having 5.6mgs of the same substance in his blood while driving in the same location in the same car on January 12 2021.
He must pay £85 in court costs plus £34 to victim services.
FRESHBROOK: Olga Harrison, 50, of Newark Close had a £120 fine and lost her driving licence for 12 months after failing to provide a breath sample on May 6. She must pay £85 in court costs and £34 to victim services.
