A THIRD Swindon branch of Toolstation is opening on Monday.

The tool supplier will set up shop on Dunbeath Road and create seven new jobs by employing staff who can provide reliable service and expert advice.

Store manager David Haddrell said: “We are pleased to be opening the new branch and supporting local tradespeople, DIYers and home builders with tools and more in Swindon.

"We recognise the importance of challenging times and our knowledgeable team are committed to providing local customers with a reliable and convenient service for the essentials they need to tackle any task.”

Toolstation Swindon Dunbeath will be open seven days a week - from 7am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm on Saturdays, and 9am to 4pm on Sundays.

The new branch will open its doors at Unit 2274 Dunbeath Road on December 20. The opening follows on from the retailer's 500th UK branch opening in New Malden, Surrey, in September.

The multi-channel business continues to move forward with growth ambitions of opening more than 60 branches by the end of this year which would create more than 450 job opportunities.
